The Brazilian crossbar was denied Vinicius Junior from scoring the goal for Real Madrid in the 10th minute, as he received a pass inside the area from his colleague Benzema, and evaded the Chelsea defense, before hitting a ball that hit the crossbar.

The referee awarded a direct free kick to Chelsea, on the edge of the penalty area in the 15th minute, and Reyes James, who sent a powerful ball, starred Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois in stopping it.

Chelsea player Mason Mount hit a header from inside the penalty area, which was easily caught by Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois in the 20th minute.
